Playing fetch is for the dogs! ;)

Posted on August 17, 2010 by themomsquad

Planning a few more trips with the little kids now that your big kids will be back in school?  We’ve got a great travel-accessory (that actually spans as wide an age range you can imagine!) – it’s a product called The Little Lasso and it will end the days of playing fetch with your child’s accessories!

The Little Lasso simply prevents the constant bending over to pick up what your child is dropping (on accident OR ON PURPOSE if your child is anything like my son Babe ;)

You can get pretty creative with its uses: sippy cups, toys, blankets… just about anything you can think of that your little one could pitch over the side of a shopping cart, stroller, high chair, car seat, and even the sling!  For your school-aged kids, it’s a cute accessory to clip onto the backpack to hold a water bottle for field trips and even daily use!

For your chance to win a Little Lasso of your own, visit their website www.thelittlelasso.com
and comment our blog telling us how YOU would put it to use and what your favorite fabric design is!  We will use random.org to draw a lucky winner (and you can choose the fabric design you want!)

You can follow the Little Lasso for deals and updates here on FACEBOOK & TWITTER.

As a mommy of three precious little girls that drive me crazy. This would be amazing! My two year old while out in public has a habit of throwing her cut or toys while walking and its very hard while wearing my 8 month old in my Moby wrap. ANYTHING to make life less stressful would be AMAZING!

Oh what a clever idea! Brilliant and useful and oh so cute!
I do get tired of retrieving the sippy cup while we’re on walks!

  8. Aimee P. says:

I love this idea! The blue disco dot fabric is really cute and I would definitely use it for his toys! My son is constantly dropping or throwing his toys on the ground when he’s in his high chair so the lasso would come in very handy!

  9. Trisha Berens says:

My son loves to toss his cup, he has gotten better though. Love the tropical squiggle.

  10. Kristi Harman says:

I have 4 of these! They are awesome!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

  11. I would use this for the headphones in the back seat of my van because my toddler loves to throw them on the floor… LOL. My favorite fabric is the Carnival Bloom =)

  15. Kristin says:

These are great! I wouldn’t spend as much time picking up Colt’s sippy cup and cleaning off the spout!!! The blue disco dot is the cutest!

  16. Love the goth one, but we are having a grandson so I have to say the Tropical Squiggle Lasso would be great. Love the color scheme. It would be great for the new grandbaby for a multiple use of things.

  17. Teresa F says:

How CUTE are these!? My son loves to throw out EVERYTHING we give him in the stroller/carseat (his bottle and stuffed monkey, etc), then SCREAM when he can’t reach it! I love the Tropical Squiggle pattern!

  18. Crissy Hartl says:

Tropical Squiggle! I’d use it for sippy cups and infant toys in the stroller, car seat and shopping cart. Thanks for the chance to win!

  19. Patricia Kelly-Whiddon says:

OMG what a wonderful idea! My Tristan loves throwing his stuff everywhere & it gets to be a pain in the butt when I’m grocery shopping & etc. I love them! Since I have boys, I like the blue disco dot!

  20. Jenise says:

I would most definately use this for the sippy cup! It always ends up on the floor, no matter what! I like the blue disco dot design.

  21. Leslie says:

My one year old daughter is the QUEEN of fetch! This would make any trip with her in the carseat or stroller, so much easier! I love the cabana stripe!

  22. Kim Morales says:

This is such a neat idea!! Why don’t I ever think of stuff like this…LOL!! I would definately use this on cups in the stroller and the shopping cart. It seems that when we step out in public my 22 month old wants to throw his sippy cup on the ground.

  23. Tesha says:

This would be very handy for in the car. My daughter will hold her cup, but once she’s through with it (for the moment), it goes over the edge of the carseat and onto the seat. This would save some meltdowns when she wants her cup and I’m driving and cannot get it for her at that moment :) The Carnival Bloom or Cabana Stripe are my favorite fabrics.

  24. Rebecca Bollom says:

Soooo cute!!! I love the Cabana Stripe – great for boys and girls! How did I make it to kids number 5 without cute little gadgets like this??!? I can think of a thousand things to hook this to!

  25. Tiffany Williams says:

This would be great for walks in the stroller! I love the cabana strap

  26. Melissa Munroe says:

I LOVE these.. this would be so nice for my 1 year old! I love the tropical squiggle patter

  27. Jill Grabowski says:

Who doesn’t love a game of fetch? Oh yeah, me! These are incredibly inventive, and cute to boot!

  28. Misty says:

Actually, this would be the perfect accessory for my carriers. I’ll have to link them! :-)

My husband and i got absolutely thrilled when Peter could carry out his preliminary research while using the ideas he obtained using your web page.
